Is it common for a half double home to be sold? One owner owns one side other owns other? Does that make sense

The Answer : Lol, no it can not be done in where physical division is what causes the ownership. A mobile or manufactured home is a motor vehicle and as such both halves have one title and the title can not be divided and two titles for each half issued.
