The Answers : Many banks will require a score of 600, but it also depends on the loan to value ratio (ie: how much equity you have in your home) and your debt to income ratio. Other factors will be employment vs self employed, interest rate your willing to pay, etc. Be careful and find a good mortgage broker to help you.
