Will creditors sue again if the first garnishment fell through?

Will creditors sue again if the first garnishment fell through?

They had my employment information wrong and sent the garnishment to the wrong company. Will they try to get the correct employment info and try again. Has this happened to anyone?

The Answer : When you file for a garnishment, it is considered a "motion"...they don't have to file for another judgment because the first one is still in effect. When you find your new employer they will file another motion and they got you.
